A fast and effective GolBand warm up and stretch routine.  Perform this dynamic stretch routine pre game and pre practice to help improve your flexibility and rotation, stretch out your calf, hamstring, shoulders back and chest muscles, to prevent inury and enhance your performace from the on set.

You can repeat the routine a comple of times for a really thorough stretch...Keep the motion controlled and fluid throughtout..No pain should be felt. Use the GolfBand to intensify the stretch.
