It is ideal for  a locker room warm up, golf stretches, flexibility work and would be suitable for beginners, ladies and juniors wishing to start golf specific strength training. Use on the practice range, at home, while travelling or on tour to maintain and strengthen in your golf-specific muscles. Nearly every gym like exercise can be replicated with the GolfBand.

The GolfBand programme is designed to increase the strength in your lower body (especially the glutes), upper body (arm and shoulders) and core by performing Golf Specific conditioning exercises and practice range drills (for strength and sequencing). The locker room stretches for your neck, chest, shoulders, calfs and hamstrings will prepare your body for your golf session - helping to prevent injury.
