Purple GolfBand Loop - Is the largest in the range and is of large size (circumference) and the strongest resistance, suitable for a larger frame/build i.e Men and advanced juniors. The GolfBand Loop is a versatile training aid to develop a solid base to your swing and a better relationship between your arms and rotating upper body. As demonstrated in the images "Arm and body connection swing/drill" and the "lower body swing/drill".
- Positioning the GolfBand Loop around your arms to maintain the correct shape of your arms in alignment with your chest. This will develop a more controlled position of the club and make it easier to return the club connected to the body, at both impact and on your finish.
- Positioning the GolfBand Loop around your legs will develop balance and stability and prevent excessive movement in the lower body-which causes lack of consistency of winding and unwinding the body in the golf swing. Resisting against the Loop will help to prevent your knees collapsing in.
- Can also be used for Glute and lower body and some upper body conditioning and strengthening exercises
